Feinman & Childs Family Law recently sponsored the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project’s (MCAP) An Evening of Impact Gala, supporting the organization’s mission to safeguard the rights, uphold the interests, and amplify the voices of children affected by abuse, neglect and trafficking.

Managing Partner Sarinia M. Feinman has served on MCAP’s Board of Directors since March 2026. In addition, Partners Lindsay H. Childs and Sarinia M. Feinman have both hhas represented child victims of crime and abuse through MCAP.

MCAP provides free legal advocacy to children in Montgomery County through a network of volunteer attorneys, helping protect their rights and represent their best interests as they navigate the legal system. The organization also provides community outreach to help protect children and educate families about child safety topics.

Through its sponsorship of the An Evening of Impact Gala, Feinman & Childs Family Law supports MCAP’s continued work on behalf of children who need a voice and an advocate. The firm’s commitment to this mission reflects its attorneys’ involvement in the community and their work in family law, where children’s interests are often important considerations.

The 2026 An Evening of Impact Gala was held September 18 at the John James Audubon Center. The 2026 Honorees were the Montgomery Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Foundation, chosen for their longstanding and meaningful support of the organization and Montgomery County children.
