FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Oxford, UK, 2 November 2026
MKSK Consulting today launched WorkflowX for Oracle Cloud HCM and opened an Early Adopter programme around it, inviting Oracle teams to bring the repetitive task they most want to stop doing manually and test whether WorkflowX can take it on.
WorkflowX replicates the Oracle processes a human would otherwise carry out by hand. It records how a user navigates the Oracle user interface to complete a task, then replays that same navigation to carry out the task again, including repetitive work repeated across many records or many environments. Screenshots, logs and a completion report provide the evidence at the end, so a human can still check every step.
The programme is deliberately challenge led. Rather than telling Oracle teams what automation could do, MKSK is asking them to bring a real process and see whether WorkflowX handles the repetition. That includes the awkward cases: tasks where there is no API, where the only route so far has been a person working through results manually.
Examples of the work in scope include bulk employee creation from an uploaded spreadsheet, with WorkflowX working through the interface to create each employee, and Security Console actions after each production to test refresh, run by WorkflowX in each environment. Inputs can come from an Oracle search, a report, or an Excel file.
"Knowing how to make a change is valuable," said Mohammed Khan, Director, Oracle Division at MKSK Consulting. "Having to make that same change 100 times should not be where your team's time goes."
WorkflowX is the third member of the MKSK X Cloud Platform, joining ScheduleX, MKSK's work schedule tool for Oracle Cloud HCM, and FormulaX, the first AI Fast Formula generator, created by MKSK to generate, explain and validate Oracle Fast Formulas.
