Aris Haegermann, psychologist, provides psychological counseling online. Adults anywhere in the world can talk to him by video or by phone, in English as well as in German.
Clients typically come with concerns such as these: exhaustion that a holiday no longer relieves, unproductive spirals of brooding, trouble asserting their own needs, conflict in a relationship, a family or a job, periods of upheaval and fresh starts, homesickness and adjusting to a life abroad, or patterns they understood long ago and still repeat.
The sessions follow a simple principle: the client talks, Haegermann listens and follows up with questions that are direct and free of judgement. The solution is the client's own, and he stays alongside while it develops. The focus lies on the inner beliefs and parts underlying a challenge, because experience usually changes once such connections become tangible emotionally rather than only intellectually. The client decides where the work goes. Inner freedom, wider room for action and firmer contact with one's own resources can grow from it.
Fees are 150 € for a 50-minute session, with packages from 130 € per session after the first meeting. Clients pay privately (self-pay). All sessions take place online, none in person, and available appointments are listed on his website at https://onlinepsychologehaegermann.com/en/
Background: Diplom in psychology (University of Bremen), training in depth psychology-based psychotherapy and Gestalt therapy, about four years of clinical work in psychosomatic hospitals, own practice since 2016 and online only since the beginning of 2024.
This service is psychological counseling, not psychotherapy. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
