Sublimateria, the artistic brand of Italian artist Elisabetta Galli, presents a body of original mixed-media artworks in which matter, memory and emotion are transformed into visual stories. Built around the line “La Materia prende Forma” (“Matter Takes Form”), Sublimateria works at the boundary between painting and sculpture. At Sublimateria, material is not decoration. It is the language of the artwork. Every piece is an original that takes shape layer by layer, and the surface is treated as the place where an idea becomes visible. The creative process follows four stages. It begins with an idea, a thought, memory or emotion that asks to take form. Materials, recycled elements and textures are then chosen to express that concept. Layers are created, removed and reworked until the surface begins to speak, and details such as gold leaf and a final protective finish complete the original work.

Entanglement draws on the principle from quantum physics that distant molecules can be connected and evolve at the same moment, redefining space and time.

Syntropy represents the feminine, creative force of the universe that builds, organises and tames chaos, in contrast to entropy, the energy that fuels expansion.
Fragments gathers traces, emotions and images that surface to form geographies of memory.
Backstage explores barriers that become invitations to move beyond them and discover what lies hidden.
Aletheia presents truth as something that is unveiled, free of judgement, as an essential testimony.
